GK77 Terms & Conditions

By creating a GK77 account or by accessing any game, promotion, or feature on the GK77 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with GK77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the GK77 platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access gk77.asia.

GK77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the GK77 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and use the GK77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the GK77 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of GK77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the GK77 platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

GK77 reserves the right to request government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS card, or driver's license) at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by GK77 may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Each individual may hold only one (1) GK77 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings. GK77 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during GK77 registration, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. GK77 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your GK77 login credentials. You must not share your password, one-time PIN (OTP), or account access with any other person. All activity that occurs under your GK77 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified GK77 in writing of unauthorised access. GK77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts.

• Account registration is free and requires a valid Philippine mobile number.
• GK77 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing reasons.
• Accounts used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct will be terminated without prior notice.
• GK77 accounts are non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or otherwise transferring your account to another person is prohibited.

GK77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and 7-Eleven cash-in. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. GK77 does not accept third-party deposits — you may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit limits may be applied at GK77's discretion or at the player's own request through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings. GK77 does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification has been completed. GK77 targets the following processing timeframes, subject to verification status:

• GCash and Maya: within 15 minutes for verified accounts (standard requests).
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: same-day processing for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PST on banking days.
• USDT: within 30 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.

GK77 reserves the right to request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for security reviews of large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet in the account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

GK77 reserves the right to void any transaction that is the result of a system error, technical malfunction, or an obvious pricing mistake, and to recover any funds paid out as a result of such errors.

GK77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All GK77 bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules applicable to all GK77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• GK77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• GK77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of artificial betting patterns designed to exploit the wagering requirement.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent normal play are not eligible to receive bonuses during the exclusion or limit period.

Players may opt out of receiving future GK77 promotional communications by contacting GK77 customer support. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect ongoing wagering requirements on bonuses already accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GK77 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or terminated, all pending withdrawals voided, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the GK77 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal purpose.
• Creating more than one GK77 account (duplicate accounts).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino, poker, or any other multiplayer game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the GK77 platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors must be returned to GK77.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of the GK77 platform without written authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true identity or location.
• Abusing the GK77 bonus system, including through coordinated multi-accounting or using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements for bonus eligibility.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing GK77 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

GK77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. GK77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players via account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your GK77 wallet. Limits take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period. Loss limits are enforced in real time.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum daily play duration. GK77 will notify you when your session limit approaches and will end the session when the limit is reached.

• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gambling for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without a formal self-exclusion on your record.

All content on the GK77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of GK77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the GK77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any GK77 content.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any GK77 software or game.
• Use any GK77 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the GK77 platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of GK77's intellectual property will result in termination of your account and may result in legal action.

The GK77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GK77 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game results, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, GK77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the GK77 platform.

GK77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

GK77 is not liable for any loss resulting from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond GK77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.
• Incorrect information provided by you during registration or the KYC process.

GK77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, identity verification failure, age verification failure, receipt of a chargeback, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, GK77 may withhold any balance remaining in the account, including winnings derived from regular play, pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, those funds may be permanently forfeited. Funds deposited directly by the player (excluding bonus funds) will be returned where no fraudulent activity is confirmed, subject to KYC verification and applicable processing timelines.

You may also voluntarily close your GK77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncompleted bonus wagering) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. GK77 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, including disputes regarding game outcomes, withdrawals, or account decisions, shall first be submitted to GK77's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, players must contact GK77 customer support in writing, providing full details of the dispute including account information, transaction records, and the nature of the complaint. GK77 will acknowledge all disputes within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through GK77's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or to a competent court of jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any action or proceeding arising from these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arises, failing which the claim is permanently barred.

GK77 may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via a notification on the GK77 platform or by SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. GK77 recommends that you bookmark this page and review it periodically.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the GK77 platform and close your account. Continued use of any GK77 service following notification of amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
